Stickbug provides a business-to-business platform that generates fully synthetic mortgage loan documentation for software testing, model training, and quality control validation. Our services are designed for business use and are not directed to consumers.

1. What our services do not collect

Stickbug's platform generates fully synthetic loan documentation. Synthetic records produced by the platform do not describe real individuals and are not derived from records of real individuals.

Our services do not ingest, process, or store consumer nonpublic personal information as defined under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, and we do not request or accept real borrower data from clients for any purpose. The personal information addressed in this policy is limited to the business contact and account information described below.
